Building Permit Process
During our 20 years in the industry, we have encountered virtually every type of permitting process imaginable, both within industry and the public sector. We help ensure everything is done correctly from the start so your project can begin according to schedule.
Construction
Sustainable construction is about selecting cost-effective, environmentally friendly materials and engaging local subcontractors to reduce transportation emissions. We work closely with many highly skilled subcontractors throughout Ostrobothnia.
Technology

Documentation
We compile the building documentation according to your requirements, making it easy to track both the construction process and the management of the completed property.
EPC Contract, General Contract, or Separate Contract
We offer three different contract models:
EPC Contract
A turnkey solution where we take responsibility for the entire project, from design and planning to construction and installation of building systems. You only need to sign one contract with us and provide an overall description of what needs to be built. We take care of the rest, including engaging any required subcontractors.

General contract
When choosing a general contract, we take responsibility for the construction of the entire project, including technical systems. You manage the planning and permitting process and define the functional requirements. We coordinate and manage all contracts from project start to completion.

Separate contract
With a separate contract, you are responsible for project design and engage multiple contractors for different parts of the construction project, such as electrical installations and HVAC systems. We coordinate and manage the project while each contractor remains responsible for their own scope of work.
