The homes are planned to be completed in the spring/early summer of 2026.

Of the homes being built, 5 are reserved/sold, and we are now selling 2 homes:

2 B and 4 C, comprising 3 rooms + open-plan kitchen/living room + 2 bathrooms/WC + sauna (102 m²) + spacious glass-enclosed terrace and a south-facing balcony with glass railing. On the north side of the home, there is a large glass-enclosed terrace offering lovely outdoor space and evening sun. Parking space with an engine heater socket next to the home, as well as a separate spacious garage and storage room. Well-planned modern homes designed for high living comfort and high-quality interior standards.

The homes are constructed of concrete elements with a painted concrete surface. Heating is provided by geothermal energy (hydronic underfloor heating). Each home is equipped with an individual ventilation unit with heat recovery, as well as comfort cooling on both the 1st and 2nd floors, separate water meters, and a fiber-optic connection. The garages and storage units are also fitted with hydronic underfloor heating connected to the geothermal system. Outdoor areas will feature landscaping, paving, and lawns with a robotic mower.
